Join Al Fransi Aluminum as a Sales & Estimation Coordinator! We are seeking a driven and technically capable professional to enhance our Sales and Business Development team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who excels in both client-facing sales activities and technical estimation work.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits.
- Manage relationships with existing clients through follow-ups and account reviews.
- Conduct professional meetings and product presentations.
- Prepare tailored proposals and follow up on correspondence.
- Respond promptly to inquiries across all communication channels.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Attend industry events and site visits as needed.
- Estimation: Review project documents to prepare material and scope takeoffs.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and commercial quotations based on project scope.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for pricing and lead times.
- Revise estimates based on client feedback.
- General: Maintain records in the CRM system and coordinate with teams for project handover.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales and estimation roles.
- Experience in the construction or building materials sector preferred.
- Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
