Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Membership in the SCE is required.
- An MBA or Masters in a related field is preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in maintenance operations, ideally in a supervisory role in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
