Maintenance Engineer for Mechanical Systems, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our vehicles' optimal performance through efficient maintenance of mechanical systems within our Body in White (BIW) production lines.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out routine and preventive maintenance on BIW mechanical equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
- Diagnose and address mechanical issues swiftly to prevent production delays.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules aligned with OEM standards.
- Maintain jigs and fixtures to ensure consistent and accurate performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide training and guidance for maintenance technicians on mechanical best practices.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in the automotive industry focused on BIW.
- Strong hands-on experience with BIW equipment and systems.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and CMMS.
