About the Administrative Assistant Role

Wasael Al-Rahah Company For Manufacturing, a producer of high-quality home and hotel bedding products under the brands Soft Touch and Sleep Key, is seeking an Administrative Assistant. This full-time, on-site position is based in Jeddah. The company focuses on quality, comfort, and durability, utilizing carefully selected fabrics and raw materials sourced globally for its extensive product range, which includes mattresses, toppers, protectors, pillows, covers, comforters, and bedsheets.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the office. This includes managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, handling phone calls by answering and directing them appropriately, and scheduling meetings. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and files, preparing basic reports and documents, and facilitating smooth communication across different departments. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will provide support to executives with calendar management, travel arrangements, and task follow-ups, ensuring an organized and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and scheduling.

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred, and vocational or academic training in business administration is beneficial.
