The Role of Transformation PMO Manager

The Transformation PMO Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah. This role is responsible for leading and overseeing strategic change initiatives across the agency. The manager will manage the project portfolio, ensuring programs and projects align with business objectives and meet consistent delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting PMO governance frameworks.
• Coordinating cross-functional project teams.
• Tracking project progress and performance.
• Optimizing resource allocation for projects.
• Analyzing and improving business processes.
• Identifying risks and dependencies within projects.
• Providing regular status reports and insights to senior leadership.
• Coaching project managers.
• Standardizing project methodologies.
• Driving continuous improvement in project execution and transformation outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment
