About the Role:
You will become part of our local sales organization, focusing on expanding our customer portfolio by acquiring new customers and developing existing retailer relationships.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain relationships with your assigned retailers.
  • Achieve sales targets and deliver on KPIs by aligning your strategies with the Country Manager.
  • Lead negotiations and ensure sustainable business growth.
  • Document all activities in CRM and analyze business performance to inform actions.
  • Execute action plans and conduct store visits.

Qualifications:
  • University degree.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience.
