Job Responsibilities:
- Validate availability of necessary documentation before starting production.
- Operate machinery according to established instructions to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot production issues promptly and effectively.
- Check product quality and collaborate with Team Leaders and Quality Control for any necessary adjustments.
- Maintain organized workflow and assist in managing helpers.
- Complete production reports and document all activities accurately.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean production environment.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene policies.
- Report any food safety incidents.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
- Participate in training programs and safety meetings.
- Use personal protective equipment and familiarize with emergency response plans.
