Join Black & Grey HR as a Production Supervisor
We are recruiting for one of the leading food manufacturing companies in Jeddah. As the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within a meat processing facility, ensuring efficient production while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with quality standards and monitor audit outcomes.
Participate in corrective and preventive actions related to KPIs and operational gaps.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and training.
Manage production KPIs through daily and monthly meetings.
Maintain a safe and efficient work environment adhering to HSE standards.
Ensure proper documentation and training of operators.
Conduct risk assessments and implement safety improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in food/meat production, with at least 3 in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of food safety systems and quality standards.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing and KPI management.
Proficiency in MS Office and problem-solving tools.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coach teams in Safety, Quality, and Productivity to meet standardized work objectives.
Monitor safety occurrences and act as the first responder when needed.
Ensure production lines run safely, smoothly, and produce quality parts through Process Confirmation.
Support continuous improvement and drive problem resolution at all operational levels.
Manage daily material handling functions, ensuring proper flow from receiving to delivery.
Direct and support teams in their tasks while promoting a safe work environment.
Handle administrative and supervisory duties and prepare necessary reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Operations or Engineering, preferably with a focus on Stamping.
8+ years’ experience in automotive stamping, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
LEAN and TPS certifications are a plus.
Proficient in engineering and production management software, including ERP systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
