About the Role:
As a Production Supervisor at Match, you will lead and coordinate the activities of the production team to ensure that production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. This position requires a strong leader dedicated to driving operational efficiency while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Accountabilities:

Supervise daily production activities to meet production goals and quality standards.
Manage, train, and evaluate production staff, ensuring they have the skills and resources necessary to perform efficiently and safely.
Monitor and enforce safety policies to ensure a safe workplace for all employees.
Coordinate workflows and collaborate with other departments such as maintenance and quality control for smooth operations.
Troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and achieve targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding safety and quality.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities for maintenance and cleanliness.
Prepare production reports and communicate results to management.
Assist in the development of process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
Foster a motivated and engaged production staff, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership abilities and experience managing a diverse team.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of production processes and quality control practices.
Familiarity with safety standards in production environments.
Able to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or technical certification in manufacturing or engineering is a plus.
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar leadership role in manufacturing.
