About the Role
Join Al Marwa Rayhaan by Rotana as a Waiter/Waitress, where your primary responsibility will be to deliver excellent service and uphold the high standards of our food and beverage offerings. This exciting role offers you the chance to interact with guests and ensure a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute all necessary tasks to service Food & Beverage following the hotel's performance manual.
• Welcome and seat customers, serving them in a professional, discreet, and personalized manner.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the Food & Beverage menu to effectively assist and advise guests.
• Monitor the quality of Food & Beverage consistently.
• Manage customer relations and address complaints or queries satisfactorily.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and take care of all service equipment.
• Prepare for all service tasks before, during, and after service (mis-en-place & mis-en-scene).
• Limit wastage, breakage, and spoilage through careful management.
• Use upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Ensure safety and environmental protection for guests and employees.
• Comply with hotel environmental and safety policies and procedures.
