Role Overview

The Cleaning and Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining the tidiness and cleanliness of commercial facilities. This role involves coordinating daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the schedule of housekeeping services.
• Plan and prepare employee work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Supervise staff during their assigned duties, including tasks such as dusting, sweeping floors, cleaning restrooms, and changing linens.
• Encourage and ensure the implementation of housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field. A foundational understanding of housekeeping operations and supervisory principles is expected.
