About the Data Partnerships Lead Role

Hired is seeking a Data Partnerships Lead for a full-time position on behalf of one of its clients. This role is focused on developing and managing strategic data partnerships to enhance product offerings and drive revenue growth through data monetization. The position requires a strong background in data strategy, vendor negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential data partners to expand the platform's data ecosystem and improve model performance.
• Negotiate and execute data licensing agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate third-party data sources into existing data pipelines and platforms.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of data partnerships, providing recommendations for optimization and expansion.
