About the Heart of House Specialist Role

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, *** is seeking a Heart of House Specialist to join our team in the Red Sea region. This full-time role is essential for supporting various vital hotel functions by ensuring exceptional cleanliness and operational efficiency. The specialist contributes to maintaining the high standards of excellence that are foundational to The Ritz-Carlton establishments.

Key Contributions to Hotel Operations

Heart of House Specialists play a crucial role in collaborating with multiple departments, including the kitchen, catering, and laundry, to address their cleaning requirements. This involves ensuring the availability of clean, fresh linen and impeccably clean dishes for guests. The role also includes the proper use and maintenance of essential equipment and tools, such as dishwashers, handwashing stations, washing machines, and dryers, along with the transportation of dishes and linen throughout the hotel premises.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support various hotel departments by fulfilling cleaning needs.
• Ensure the provision of clean linen and impeccable dishes for guest use.
• Operate and maintain equipment and tools, including dishwashers, handwashing stations, washing machines, and dryers.
• Transport dishes and linen efficiently throughout the hotel.
• Perform all other tasks requested by managers that correspond to the position.
