About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager - Accommodation to oversee regional sales depot accommodation and contract employees in Abha. This full-time role focuses on maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and service quality within accommodation facilities and catering operations for Sales Divisional Personnel. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accommodation activities, ensuring consistent adherence to hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular shift inspections to verify compliance with house rules and company standards, implementing immediate corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor catering operations during assigned shifts to ensure service quality, hygiene, and nutritional standards meet company requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and review preventive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure all facility equipment remains fully operational.
• Manage and control the department's budget, optimizing services for internal stakeholders.
• Support the Regional Assets & Facilities Manager with expense forecasting, spend analysis, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Handle all necessary liaison and coordination activities during shifts with internal departments and external service providers.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise accommodation and catering operations effectively.
• Experience in maintaining hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in managing facility maintenance activities.
