Senior Spa Therapist

About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Senior Spa Therapist to join our team in Al-Ahsa. This full-time role is central to delivering exceptional spa experiences for guests by providing a range of services and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Role Purpose

Spa Specialists are integral to the success of our spa operations. This position focuses on creating memorable and unique guest experiences through various spa services, ensuring each interaction is seamless and contributes positively to the overall guest journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
• Schedule and confirm reservations and appointments accurately.
• Provide comprehensive information and answers regarding spa services.
• Efficiently check in guests upon arrival.
• Process payments smoothly and accurately.
• Maintain a safe workplace and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards across all aspects of service delivery.
• Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication at all times.
• Manage reservation software, including reading and visually verifying information.

Physical Requirements

• Perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as required.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds with assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
