Join the Fitness Square Foundation as a Receptionist!
We are looking for a professional receptionist to join our team. You will be responsible for providing the best experience for visitors and clients, in addition to administrative tasks related to the receptionist role.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming visitors and clients with kindness.
  • Determining visitors’ needs and directing them to the appropriate reference.
  • Answering phone calls and handling inquiries.
  • Maintaining records of visitors and clients.
  • Making internal communications to gather information.
  • Coordinating interview schedules and recording the names of reviewers in the files.
  • Complying with the procedures and policies in place.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a high school diploma.
  • One year of experience in reception.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic.

We offer a positive work environment with flexible working hours (morning/evening) in the Al-Baha region.
