General Accountant

A general accountant is required to prepare and record daily accounting entries, review accounts, and ensure the accuracy of financial data, in addition to preparing monthly and annual financial reports. The position requires experience in using various accounting software, the ability to handle invoices and payments, and to follow up on customer and supplier accounts. The ideal candidate must hold a degree in accounting or finance, have strong analytical skills, and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. And calculate costs, taxes, zakat, and insurance.

Tasks include recording financial transactions, monitoring invoices and expenses, preparing financial reports, organizing accounting records, and supporting related financial and administrative tasks, as well as all other tasks.

This role is essential for managing human resources and administration at our site office in Hawaiyah, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily HR and personnel activities for site employees and workers.
• Maintain employee records, files, and manpower data at the site office.
• Assist in onboarding and mobilization processes of new employees.
• Monitor employee attendance, timesheets, and leave records.
• Prepare and submit regular manpower reports.
• Maintain records of iqama, passports, visas, and medical insurance.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and Aramco project requirements.
• Support recruitment efforts for urgent site manpower needs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, personnel, or administration, specifically in the construction field.
