Boiler Sales Engineer

About the Role

HUDSON is seeking a Boiler Sales Engineer to join their team in the Eastern Province, specifically in Dammam and Al Jubail. This is a full-time position for an individual with 2-5 years of experience in industrial sales, focusing on thermal equipment and systems. The role involves engaging with industrial end-users, EPCs, and consultants to drive business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in B2B and industrial sales activities, including business development.
• Manage relationships with industrial end-users, EPCs (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction companies), and consultants.
• Interpret Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Bills of Quantities (BOQs), datasheets, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate the preparation of techno-commercial proposals.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales of industrial boilers, steam systems, heaters, or thermal equipment.
• Experience with packaged boilers, steam boilers, hot-oil heaters, hot-water generators, exhaust-gas steam generators, burners, or related thermal systems.
• Demonstrated strong B2B / industrial sales and business development experience.
• Experience dealing with industrial end-users, EPCs, and consultants.
• Ability to understand RFQs, BOQs, datasheets, and technical specifications.
• Experience within Saudi Arabia is preferred.
• Experience with recognized boiler manufacturers or authorized channel partners such as Forbes Marshall, Bosch Industriekessel, Miura, Thermax, Cleaver-Brooks, Babcock Wanson, or Viessmann is an advantage.

Technical Knowledge

• Knowledge of steam, combustion, thermal-fluid systems, Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and related industrial applications is preferred.

Compensation

The salary for this position is SAR 5,000 - SAR 6,000 per month.

This is a full-time role based in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, covering Dammam and Al Jubail.
