About the Role

Ingenious Network is seeking a Business Development Manager specializing in MV Switchgear, Relay Panels, and Capacitor Banks. This full-time position is based in Al Jubail, Eastern region, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on driving market presence and growth for these product portfolios within the Saudi Arabian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and business development activities for the MV Switchgear, Relay Panels, and Capacitor Bank portfolio in Saudi Arabia to expand market share and profitability.
• Cultivate relationships with key clients, including Utilities, EPC Contractors, and End Clients (*, SEC, ARAMCO, SWCC), managing vendor registration, technical alignment, and project prequalification.
• Collaborate with clients during prequalification and project phases, organizing factory visits and ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabian regulatory and technical standards for MV switchgear and Relay Panel systems.
• Formulate and execute targeted growth strategies across the Industrial, Utility, and Commercial/Infrastructure sectors, specifically for MV Switchgear, Relay Panels, and Capacitor Bank products.
• Gather competitive market intelligence and work with internal teams and OEM partners to develop competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
• Oversee bid preparation efforts in conjunction with OEM partners, handling technical and commercial negotiations to secure business.
• Represent the company at local industry events, seminars, and exhibitions to enhance brand presence and generate new business opportunities within Saudi Arabia’s energy and infrastructure sectors.

Required Experience and Skills

• A strong background in MV Switchgear, Relay Panels, or Capacitor Bank products, with a preference for experience within the Saudi Arabian market.
• In-depth knowledge of local utilities such as SEC, ARAMCO, SWCC, and other regional entities, including their specific requirements for MV switchgear and relay panels.
• Solid understanding of Saudi Arabian market dynamics, competitor products, and industry trends, particularly in the energy, utilities, and infrastructure sectors.
• Expertise in commercial negotiations, demonstrated by a proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing complex business relationships.
• Hands-on experience with MV Switchgear assembly and relay panel integration is considered an advantage.

Educational Background

• Additional certifications in business development, project management, or marketing are desirable.
• Advanced courses or certifications in MV Switchgear systems, Relay Panel technologies, or energy management would be advantageous.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, Eastern region, Saudi Arabia.
