About the Role

LTM is seeking a Cisco-Netvoice-Administration professional to join our team in Al Jubail. This is a contract position requiring 5-10 years of experience in managing and supporting Cisco Webex solutions.

Role Overview

This role is focused on the comprehensive administration and support of Cisco Webex environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, availability, and accessibility of Webex services for users. This includes managing various aspects of the platform, from initial setup to ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Webex Administration & Support: Manage, configure, and maintain Cisco Webex services, including meetings, messaging, and calling, to ensure high availability, performance, and user access.
• Design & Implementation: Design, implement, and optimize Webex solutions that align with business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing communication infrastructure.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor system health, perform routine maintenance, and resolve complex issues related to connectivity, performance, and user access.
• Collaboration & Governance: Collaborate with network and voice teams, ensure security compliance, manage upgrades, patches, and migrations, and coordinate with Cisco or vendor support for critical incidents.
• Knowledge Sharing & Improvement: Develop and maintain documentation, conduct user training sessions, provide guidance to junior team members, and recommend system improvements based on the latest Webex features and industry best practices.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in Cisco Webex administration and support. A strong understanding of network and voice communication systems is essential. The ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions is critical for this role.
