About the Global Safety Specialist Role

HSB - Hartford Steam Boiler is seeking a Global Safety Specialist to join its Corporate Safety Department. This specialist-level position is based in Al Jubail, Eastern Region, and requires a full-time commitment. The role is designed for an individual with a Bachelor of Science degree, preferably complemented by additional safety education, designations, or equivalent field experience in developing or enhancing safety programs.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Global Safety Specialist is to provide comprehensive support to the VP of Global Safety in the management and execution of the Corporate Safety Program. This involves contributing to the strategic development and ongoing improvement of safety initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the VP Global Safety in the day-to-day management of the Corporate Safety Program.
• Support the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the enhancement of existing safety programs.
• Participate in safety-related projects and initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position must possess a Bachelor of Science degree. Preference will be given to individuals who have pursued further safety education or hold relevant professional designations. Alternatively, candidates with comparable field experience in the development or betterment of safety programs will be considered. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.
