About the Global Safety Specialist Role

HSB - Hartford Steam Boiler is seeking a Global Safety Specialist to join its Corporate Safety Department. This specialist-level position requires a strong foundation in safety program development and enhancement. The role is based in Al Jubail, Eastern Region, and is a full-time opportunity.

Role Overview and Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to provide essential support to the VP Global Safety in the comprehensive management of the Corporate Safety Program. This involves contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of safety initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the VP Global Safety in the administration and execution of the Corporate Safety Program.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of safety policies and procedures.
• Support the implementation of safety initiatives and best practices.
• Participate in safety-related projects and assessments.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree is required.
• Preference will be given to candidates with additional safety education or designations.
• Alternatively, comparable field experience in safety program development or betterment will be considered.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is expected.
