Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for the project, including mobilization, onboarding, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, company policies, and client requirements.
• Coordinate manpower planning, workforce deployment, and demobilization.
• Liaise with project management, site teams, and the HR head office.
• Handle employee relations and HR documentation.
• Prepare manpower reports and support audits and inspections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• HR experience, preferably in construction, oil & gas, or project-based environments.
• Proven experience in a project HR leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law.

Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for managing government relations and assisting with all relevant processes.

Requirements:

• A diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written) is a mandatory requirement.

Your Skills and Expertise:
The following qualifications are required:

• Saudi nationality.

• Experience in sales and technical solutions.
• Willingness to travel domestically to meet customers.
• Strong communication skills and a proven sales attitude.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Job Specifics:
Location: Preferred locations include Riyadh, Dammam, Jubail, and Qatif. This is a full-time, remote position involving significant travel to customer locations, with expectations of at least four days a week on the road.

Compensation:
The total compensation package consists of 70% base pay and 30% variable pay based on sales results, along with excellent allowances and benefits.
