About the Role
Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical Company (SATORP) is seeking a Human Resources Information System Specialist for a full-time position in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. This role is focused on driving and supporting the implementation and optimization of HR digital solutions to ensure HR systems and processes are efficient, integrated, and aligned with organizational digital transformation objectives. The position requires 5-10 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance HR systems, such as SAP and SuccessFactors, ensuring functionality and data accuracy.
- Lead system configuration, testing, and deployment of new HR modules and features.
- Ensure seamless integration across HR functions and other business systems.
- Support and drive HR digitalization projects and automation initiatives.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement digital solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Contribute to the HR digital transformation roadmap and its execution.
- Ensure data governance, quality, and integrity across all HR systems.
- Develop advanced HR dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools to provide insights for workforce planning and decision-making.
- Act as a key interface between HR, IT, and external vendors, gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions.
- Provide user training and system support to HR teams.
- Ensure HR systems comply with internal policies, data privacy regulations, and governance standards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and controls.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in HR systems, HRIS, or digital transformation.
- Strong experience with SAP / SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms.
Required Skills and Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes and the HRIS landscape.
- An analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.
- Proven experience in digital project management and system implementation.
- High attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Work Location and Type
This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, Eastern Province.
