About the Role

SAB is seeking an HRIS Officer to join its Human Resources Department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a professional with 2 to 5 years of experience, focusing on supporting management information systems within the HR function.

Role Purpose

The HRIS Officer plays a crucial role in facilitating efficient data management and reporting for the Human Resources Department. This position involves providing essential support in the extraction, submission, and analysis of Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, ensuring timely and accurate information delivery to senior management and various internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support for the extraction, submission, and analysis of Management Information Systems (MIS) reports based on requirements from senior management and various departments.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for generating MIS reports.
  • Complete tasks aimed at supporting process improvements within MIS systems to enhance data collection and report generation efficiency.
  • Collate data and assist in analysis to provide requested information to departments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist in conducting periodical reviews to monitor risks associated with MIS reporting.
  • Support the provision of data for devising incentive schemes across various departments, utilizing information extracted from the MIS.
  • Communicate and provide information on MIS service level agreements to all internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular dashboards and reports for the wider team and top management.
  • Work closely with the system support team on developments and enhancements related to MIS.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or Business Administration.
  • Around 2 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a relevant role.

Work Setting

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within SAB's Human Resources Department. The role involves collaboration with various internal departments and the system support team.
