IAM Engineer SailPoint

Role Overview

Hays is seeking an IAM Engineer SailPoint for a contract position in Al Jubail, Eastern region. This role requires a skilled professional with strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, integration, and support of SailPoint solutions to manage identity lifecycle processes, access governance, and compliance across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
• Develop and maintain Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes.
• Configure and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Develop and customize SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, and approval processes.
• Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, HRMS, SAP, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Perform application onboarding and connector configuration.
• Manage access certifications, recertification campaigns, and governance reviews.
• Configure provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
• Troubleshoot SailPoint-related issues, including aggregation failures, correlation issues, and provisioning errors.
• Support audit, compliance, and access governance requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Security, Infrastructure, Application, and Compliance teams.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field, with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management and SailPoint solutions. Practical experience in implementing and managing SailPoint IdentityIQ is essential for this role.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
• Expertise in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) principles and practices.
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, HRMS, SAP, and various database integrations.
• Ability to develop and customize SailPoint workflows, rules, and forms.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for IAM-related issues.
