We cultivate a diverse workforce where expertise thrives on resourcefulness. We are currently seeking a dedicated Insulation Fitter to join our team in Al Jubail for a full-time position.

Role Overview

The Insulation Fitter will be responsible for the application, removal, and repair of insulation on various industrial equipment and systems. This role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency and safety within SATORP Plants by ensuring proper thermal management and protection of infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply, remove, and repair hot and cold insulation on industrial equipment, pipes, ductwork, and other mechanical systems within SATORP Plants.
• Determine the appropriate amounts and types of insulation required, along with installation methods, considering factors such as location, surface shape, and equipment use.
• Install protective sheet metal around insulated pipes with screws to safeguard insulation from weather conditions or physical damage.
• Prepare surfaces for insulation application, including brushing or spreading on adhesives.
• Select suitable insulation materials, such as fiberglass, Styrofoam, or cork, based on their heat retaining or excluding characteristics.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School education.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Thorough awareness of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) rules and regulations.
• Proper knowledge of plant hazard materials.
• Proficiency in the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
