Role Overview

KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a Maintenance Head/Specialist (Utilities) to join its team in Al Jubail. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance activities within the Utilities and Tanks area, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards to maintain sector availability, reliability, and operational continuity. The position requires over 10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all maintenance jobs assigned to contractors across various disciplines.
• Provide regular reports on maintenance execution within the CMMS system.
• Offer necessary support to planning, scheduling, and other support supervisors.
• Prepare weekly reports and present them during Maintenance meetings.
• Participate in the development of area strategic plans to ensure daily plant activities adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Review and enhance personnel knowledge through job-specific training, coordinating with the Head of HR.
• Adhere to and follow up on all safety requirements during the job execution phase.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in a relevant maintenance role, specifically within utilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance for mechanical, I/E, and rotating equipment.
• Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance reporting.
• Strong understanding of safety, environmental, and quality regulations in an industrial plant setting.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia, focusing on plant maintenance within the Utilities and Tanks area.
