About sraco and the Role
sraco is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Planner to join our team in Al Jubail. This full-time role is central to ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of plant equipment through meticulous planning and coordination of maintenance activities.
Role Summary
The Maintenance Planner is responsible for the comprehensive planning, scheduling, and coordination of all preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks. The primary objective is to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant equipment while actively working to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities effectively using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), such as SAP PM or Oracle.
- Prepare detailed work orders, job plans, manpower requirements, and comprehensive material lists for upcoming maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate closely with operations, maintenance teams, and external contractors to ensure the smooth execution of all maintenance work.
- Monitor the effectiveness of preventive and predictive maintenance programs, making adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure the timely availability of all necessary spare parts, tools, and equipment prior to the commencement of any job.
- Review historical maintenance data and recommend improvements aimed at enhancing overall equipment reliability.
- Ensure strict compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, relevant industry standards, and established company procedures.
- Prepare accurate maintenance reports, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and develop shutdown/turnaround schedules.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in maintenance planning, ideally within an industrial or plant environment. Proficiency in using CMMS platforms like SAP PM or Oracle is essential for this role.
Compensation and Employment Details
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of SAR 11,250 to SAR 15,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
