Join Fugro as a Maintenance Supervisor! As a key player in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our drill rigs and associated equipment, you will lead a team of skilled mechanics, electricians, and technicians. Your role is critical to maintaining our standards of safety and excellence, while also supporting our commitment to sustainable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Planning & Execution: Develop and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Supervision & Leadership: Direct the daily activities of maintenance staff, ensuring quality and timely completion of all tasks.
  • Equipment Reliability & Troubleshooting: Diagnose faults and coordinate repairs, ensuring collaboration with OEMs and vendors where necessary.
  • Safety, Health & Environment (HSE): Enforce HSE policies and conduct safety training to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of maintenance activities and inventory management.
  • Coordination & Communication: Work closely with the workshop supervisor and the drilling team to ensure alignment with project goals.

Qualifications Required:
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Heavy Equipment/Industrial Maintenance.
  • Experience: 8–12+ years in drilling rig or heavy equipment maintenance with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Technical Competencies: Strong background in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical troubleshooting, and maintenance standards.
  • Leadership & Personal Skills: Proven leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and high accountability in safety management.
