About the Role of Maintenance Supervisor

HUDSON is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join its team in the Eastern Province, specifically in Al Jubail and Dammam. This full-time role involves overseeing the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various heavy equipment and machinery. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy equipment.
• Manage the upkeep of cranes, excavators, forklifts, super suckers, and hydrojetting machines.
• Ensure the operational readiness of trucks, trailers, buses, and dump trucks.
• Oversee the maintenance of generators, tower lights, Dyna, and pickups.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and technical knowledge is essential for this role.
• Demonstrated expertise in both preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Proficiency in workshop operations and effective management of technician teams.
• Good computer skills for reporting and maintaining comprehensive maintenance documentation.
• Proven strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience, with up to 10 years preferred, in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy equipment. This includes a broad range of machinery such as cranes, excavators, forklifts, super suckers, hydrojetting machines, trucks, trailers, buses, dump trucks, generators, tower lights, Dyna, and pickups.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in the Eastern Province, covering operations in Al Jubail and Dammam. The salary offered for this role ranges from SAR 2,500 to SAR 4,000 per month.
