About the OT / ICS Cybersecurity Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced OT / ICS Cybersecurity Specialist to join our cybersecurity team. This full-time position is based in Al Jubail, Eastern Province, and focuses on supporting the security of industrial control systems and operational technology environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments for OT/ICS environments.
• Review and assess industrial network security architectures and network segmentation strategies.
• Support the protection of SCADA, PLC, and DCS environments.
• Assess and secure connectivity between IT and OT networks.
• Prepare technical risk assessment reports and provide cybersecurity recommendations.
• Collaborate with client operations, engineering, and technical teams to enhance the OT cybersecurity posture.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in OT/ICS Cybersecurity, Industrial Network Security, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA, DCS, and PLC environments.
• Familiarity with IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82 cybersecurity standards and best practices.
• Experience in petrochemical, energy, manufacturing, or critical infrastructure sectors is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as GICSP, GRID, IEC 62443, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Essential Skills

• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in technical reporting.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
