About the Role

SASREF is seeking a Senior Advisor HRIS to join its team in Al Jubail, Eastern region. This full-time position is central to enhancing and maintaining the company's Human Resources Systems, including SAP Fiori, HCM, and SuccessFactors. The role involves serving as a key point-of-contact for both functional and technical aspects of these systems, ensuring their optimal performance and alignment with HR and business objectives.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Senior Advisor HRIS is responsible for the continuous improvement, support, and maintenance of critical HR systems. This includes assisting the business with data integrity, providing comprehensive support, troubleshooting issues, conducting thorough testing, performing root cause analysis, and documenting processes. A core aspect of this role is identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities, as well as managing system releases, upgrades, patches, and related projects. The Senior Advisor will collaborate closely with the Human Resources Department and other stakeholders to refine work process design, flow, and automation, maximizing the return on technological investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the business, resolving SAP HR functional and technical problems.
• Perform system improvement and maintenance activities, including Change Management, Change Requests, new releases, Functional Specifications, and Testing.
• Partner with other departments to identify and fulfill ongoing customer needs, facilitate problem-solving, and drive improvements.
• Conduct End User training and presentations, developing user procedures and guidelines for new processes and functionalities.
• Provide awareness of current trends in SAP, with a focus on product and service development.
• Generate reports and queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools as per business requirements.
• Improve HCM Systems to meet HR requirements and support the achievement of organizational strategies, goals, and objectives.
• Maintain and ensure integrity in HR systems through data cleansing, authorization management, and process monitoring, complying with HR Policy.
• Ensure the confidentiality of records and personal employee information.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct manager.

Team Leadership and System Optimization

This role also encompasses leadership responsibilities, including coaching, leading, motivating, developing, and assessing the assigned team to achieve business objectives and enhance capability. The Senior Advisor HRIS is expected to challenge existing HR system capabilities and engage with vendors to ensure the delivery of optimal solutions for both business and HR customers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Management of Information Systems, preferably with an HR emphasis.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
