Senior HR Specialist Compensation Benefits & Payroll

About the Role

Actron Global is seeking a Senior HR Specialist with extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, and HR Operations. This full-time position is based in Al Jubayl, Saudi Arabia, specifically within Jubail Industrial City. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer payroll processing and salary administration.
• Manage benefits programs and ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Conduct salary benchmarking, job grading, and market analysis.
• Design and implement compensation structures.
• Ensure strong understanding and adherence to Saudi regulations and payroll compliance requirements.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and KPIs.
• Develop management presentations based on HR data.
• Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
• Contribute to budgeting, manpower cost analysis, and annual salary review processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, and HR Operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR data analytics.
• Strong and relevant experience within industrial, manufacturing, petrochemical, or similar project environments.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, salary administration, benefits management, and HR policies.
• Strong understanding of Saudi regulations and payroll compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights.
• Knowledge of budgeting, manpower cost analysis, and annual salary review processes.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Work Environment

This role is a full-time position located in Jubail Industrial City, Al Jubayl, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be locally available.
