Senior Rope Access Facade Cleaner

About the Role

OCS Arabia is seeking a Senior Rope Access Facade Cleaner to join their team in Al Jubail. This full-time role involves performing high-level cleaning and maintenance of building facades using specialized rope access techniques. The position requires adherence to IRATA standards, safety regulations, and company procedures, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute facade cleaning operations on various materials including glass, aluminum, and stone, utilizing rope access systems and approved cleaning solutions to achieve streak-free results.
• Install, inspect, and secure rope access systems in compliance with IRATA standards, conducting pre-use checks on all safety equipment and maintaining proper anchor points.
• Conduct site-specific risk assessments, follow approved method statements, and promptly report any hazards, unsafe conditions, or near-miss incidents.
• Maintain and store rope access and cleaning equipment, manage inventory, request replacements as needed, and support periodic inspections and certification.
• Collaborate with team members for safe and efficient operations, communicate work progress to the Soft Services Supervisor, and assist in training junior technicians.
• Complete daily work logs and task reports, document facade damages or maintenance requirements, and maintain compliance documentation for audits.
• Participate in emergency drills and rescue exercises, providing support for rope access rescue operations when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in rope access facade cleaning.
• Demonstrated proficiency in rope access techniques and facade cleaning methods.
• Strong understanding and adherence to IRATA standards and safety regulations.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, requiring work at heights and adherence to strict safety protocols. The role involves working as part of a coordinated team to deliver high-quality cleaning and maintenance services.
