Role Overview

TASNEE is seeking a Sr Planner IV TAM planning Job to join its team in Al Jubail, Eastern region, KSA. This full-time position requires candidates to have 2-5 years of relevant experience in planning and maintenance activities.

Key Purpose of the Role

The TAM Planner is responsible for the comprehensive planning and preparation of major Turnaround (TAM) maintenance activities. This includes initiating the scope of work, establishing Turnaround milestones, overseeing budget phases, preparing detailed job packages, and ensuring the assignment of necessary materials and services to work orders.

Primary Responsibilities

• Extract TAM priority work orders from SAP, compile a Work List, and share it with the TAM core group for review.
• Develop and approve the initial scope, and present any subsequent scope changes or additions.
• Prepare detailed contractor scope in collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor and initiate Purchase Requisitions (PRs).
• Create and route job packages for review and approval processes.
• Utilize Primavera to develop and monitor Pre-TAM and Execution schedules, including decommissioning and commissioning phases.
• Conduct schedule review meetings, finalize the schedule, and publish it at least four months prior to execution.
• Incorporate additional jobs before baseline, issue look-ahead schedules, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and overall progress.
• Monitor compliance of P–P duration and report any deviations on a monthly basis.
• Provide daily status reports, facilitate shift-based meetings, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure proper closeout of TAM activities, confirm Technical Completion (TECO), archive feedback, and manage material returns.
• Arrange for the refurbishment of spare components and equipment.
• Schedule TAM critique meetings post-commissioning and compile observations.
• Prepare the TAM Closeout Report, including inspection results and major achievements.
• Comply with all company safety procedures and regulations.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Sr Planner IV TAM planning Job must possess 2-5 years of experience in a related planning or maintenance role.
