Valve Production Superintendent

About the Role

Binzagr For Industry and Maintenance is seeking a Valve Production Superintendent to join their team in Al Jubail, Eastern Region. This full-time position involves leading a team of technicians in manufacturing and assembly operations, ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently met.

Purpose of the Position

The primary purpose of this role is to lead and manage a team of technicians engaged in the manufacturing and assembly of valves. The superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining quality and safety, and ensuring efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing and assembly work plans, manage daily allocations, and ensure production targets are met.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards at all times, including product-specific procedures.
• Maintain accurate order execution documents.
• Stay current with product and procedure knowledge relevant to valve production.
• Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of equipment and tools within the plant.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace and manage wastage during daily operations.
• Maintain necessary product stock, including materials and spares.
• Participate in client visits to introduce the plant's services.
• Handle claims and service orders by conducting on-site customer check-ups.
• Undertake any other related responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment, ideally within the valve industry or a similar field. A strong understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes is required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, requiring on-site presence to oversee production operations and lead the technical team. The role involves direct interaction with production processes, equipment, and client visits.
