Join the team at Samari Company for Ground Transportation as a Vehicle Rental Agent!
We are looking for someone with the ability to ensure an ideal rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for each customer.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers to respond to their inquiries and follow up on reservations and rented vehicles.
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs based on multiple factors such as price and vehicle size.
  • Inform customers of any damage to the car before renting it.
  • Prepare rental contracts while providing advice on vehicles and optional addons according to the customer's needs.
  • Effectively manage vehicle maintenance and inventory.
  • Process payments related to credit cards and prepare bank deposits.
  • Collect rental fees from customers using various payment methods.
  • Open and close rental contracts in the system according to company policies.

Job Requirements:
- Education qualification: High school
- Advanced accounting and financial review skills
- Advanced customer service skills
- Advanced communication skills with customers
- Understanding of sales activities
- Arabic language proficiency: Advanced, English level: Intermediate

We expect commitment and work from 9 AM to 5 PM, with two shifts a week.

Candidates should have 15 years of experience in Financial Analysis, including 10 years in the Downstream industry, particularly in Refining & Chemicals. Proficiency in financial modeling, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities are essential for this role. Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor young talent are preferred.
