Warehouse Supervisor Manufacturing

About the Role

RTC1 Recruitment Services is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor - Manufacturing to join a global supplier based in Al Jubail, KSA. This full-time role involves overseeing warehouse operations for a company that produces high-quality tissue grades using advanced production methods. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience and offers a salary dependent on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving, storage, material handling, and dispatch activities to ensure efficient warehouse operations and timely material availability for production.
• Maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage warehouse transactions using SAP, prepare inventory reports, monitor warehouse KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve stock accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Supervise warehouse personnel, ensure proper material handling and storage practices, and maintain high standards of housekeeping, workplace safety, and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management, with supervisory experience.
• Experience in paper manufacturing, FMCG, or other industrial manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Strong hands-on SAP experience is essential, particularly in warehouse transactions, inventory management, stock reconciliation, and reporting.
