We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Accounts & Finance to lead our financial strategy and operations across the GCC region. Your role is pivotal for ensuring our continued success through exceptional financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage the finance and accounts department across all company locations within the GCC.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of comprehensive financial reports for senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards in all accounts.
  • Develop and enforce strategic financial policies and procedures.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Manage cash flow, investment activities, and risk management.
  • Establish and maintain financial controls and compliance with tax laws.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as necessary.
  • Engage in financial modeling and business performance analysis.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; MBA or relevant professional certification (CPA, CFA, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of management experience in finance and accounts, ideally in trading or related industries.
  • Deep understanding of financial regulations and tax laws in the GCC.
  • Proficiency in financial management software.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred to ensure smooth transition and operational continuity.

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase guest engagement, footfall, and revenue.
  • Supervise banquet and event operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain consistency in operational standards, quality control, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with culinary, recreation, and marketing teams to design creative dining and entertainment concepts.
