Penspen is seeking a highly experienced Structural Yard Superintendent (Offshore) to join their team. This role is instrumental in overseeing offshore structural fabrication activities within the oil and gas sector. Key Responsibilities

The Structural Yard Superintendent will be responsible for the comprehensive supervision and management of all structural fabrication activities within the offshore yard. This includes ensuring strict adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations throughout the fabrication process. The role involves monitoring project progress, proactively identifying potential issues, and implementing effective corrective actions to maintain project timelines. Collaboration with project management, engineering teams, and site personnel is essential for seamless project execution. The superintendent will provide technical guidance and leadership to fabrication teams, conduct thorough inspections and quality checks of fabricated structures, and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, effectively.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in Offshore Oil & Gas EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction).
• A minimum of 10 years of experience specifically in offshore structural fabrication activities.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working full-time within fabrication yards.
