Role Overview

This role supports the Blow Moulding Plant Manager in ensuring the cost-effective, timely, and efficient operation of the plant to produce high-quality products. The position is based in Al-Kharj and is a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Team Manager will be responsible for:

• Assisting the Blow Moulding Plant Manager in overseeing plant operations.
• Ensuring operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintaining high standards of product quality.
• Contributing to the timely execution of production schedules.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position must meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role within the plastic industry.
• Demonstrated competency in plastic processing and a solid understanding of industry norms.
• Familiarity with quality and management systems including ISO 9001-2000, ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP.
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies such as TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma.
• Experience in Industrial Engineering principles.
• Experience in the production of cultured products is preferred.
