The Role: Technical Trainer (Manufacturing)

Almarai is seeking a Technical Trainer (Manufacturing) to join its operations in Al-Kharj. This full-time position is integral to supporting the company's learning and development objectives within its manufacturing facilities. The role focuses on enhancing the technical capabilities and assessing the competencies of engineering staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide structured learning and development programs for Engineering staff.
• Conduct comprehensive competency assessments for Engineering personnel.
• Focus training and development initiatives on Dairy and Bakery production maintenance and Engineering utilities.
• Ensure all learning and development activities align with Operations business needs and the overall Corporate learning and development objectives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Communications Engineering, or any other Engineering discipline.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant training experience as a technical trainer within a large-scale manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in both oral and written English.
