Role Purpose

The Technical Trainer is responsible for providing essential learning, development, and competency assessment for Engineering staff. This role focuses specifically on personnel involved in Dairy and Bakery production maintenance, as well as Engineering utilities, ensuring alignment with operational business needs and overall Corporate learning and development objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver learning and development programs tailored for Engineering staff.
  • Conduct competency assessments for personnel engaged in Dairy and Bakery production maintenance.
  • Provide training and assessment for staff operating and maintaining Engineering utilities.
  • Ensure all training and development activities adhere to Corporate learning and development objectives.
  • Align training initiatives directly with the specific business needs of Operations.

Experience Requirements

  • Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant technical or training field.
