Role Summary
The Inventory Controller is responsible for the accurate management of inventory for finished dairy products, including milk, juices, and chilled items in the warehouse. This role entails ensuring optimal stock levels while coordinating with production, procurement, dispatch, and sales teams.

Role Summary
The Inventory Controller is responsible for the accurate management of inventory for finished dairy products, including milk, juices, and chilled items in the warehouse. This role entails ensuring optimal stock levels while coordinating with production, procurement, dispatch, and sales teams.
Key Accountabilities
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all dairy products.
- Ensure compliance with FIFO (First-In First-Out) to prevent product expiry.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and full physical stock counts.
- Reconcile system stock with physical stock and resolve discrepancies.
- Stock Monitoring & Coordination:
- Monitor finished goods stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for temperature-sensitive products.
- Warehouse Operations:
- Implement warehouse procedures for product protection and quality.
- Monitor and manage product expiry dates effectively.
- Direction of Subordinates:
- Supervise and train warehouse staff on operational standards and safety.
- Policies, Processes & Procedures:
- Enforce compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
- Reporting:
- Create daily and monthly reports on inventory movement and discrepancies.
- Document warehouse transactions accurately.
- Safety, Quality & Environment:
- Adhere to health and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of experience in FMCG warehouse operations.
- Proficient in inventory control and stock management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills in both English and Arabic.
