The Role

2P Perfect Presentation is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join their team in Al Kharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing essential preventive and corrective maintenance, alongside day-to-day technical support for IT assets and end-users. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance for IT devices and technical assets.
• Receive and respond to emergency technical support and maintenance requests.
• Analyze support requests and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and maintain IT equipment based on registered support tickets.
• Document resolutions and close requests within the technical support system.
• Escalate unresolved incidents to higher-level technical support teams.
• Support Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office environments.
• Provide remote technical assistance using approved remote support tools.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, solutions, and support activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Relevant qualification in an IT-related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical maintenance and IT support.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork skills.
