MRP Supervisor

About the Role

Almarai is seeking an MRP Supervisor to join their team in Al-Kharj. This full-time role involves overseeing the activities of Supply Planning Supervisors to ensure effective planning and control of stock levels and material availability within the CPP manufacturing environment. The supervisor will utilize SAP and analytical skills to manage service levels and working capital, considering lead times, seasonal factors, and storage capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Supply Planning Supervisors to ensure all activities and deliverables are completed effectively and on schedule.
• Create and manage purchase requisitions in SAP to maintain agreed stock levels for packaging and ingredients.
• Liaise with Operations and Purchasing teams to resolve supply issues and manage their impact on Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
• Manage assigned working capital within budget by maintaining optimal stock levels through detailed planning and regular review.
• Schedule deliveries from local suppliers, taking into account warehouse capacity and space constraints.
• Ensure maximum efficiency and full optimization of the Blow and Injection Moulding facility.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, demonstrating proficiency in supply planning and inventory management within a manufacturing context.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in using SAP for material planning and stock management.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing service levels, working capital, and supply chain constraints.
• Understanding of delivery lead times, seasonal constraints, and storage considerations.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Al-Kharj, where the successful candidate will work within a manufacturing environment, collaborating closely with operations and purchasing teams.
