Job Description

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives
Manage the purchasing of raw materials, spare parts (mechanical & electrical), and operational needs
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices, quality, and delivery terms
Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers and maintain strong relationships
Monitor inventory levels in coordination with warehouse and production teams
Ensure timely procurement to avoid any disruption in production operations
Analyze costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement
Prepare and manage the purchasing budget
Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier records
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Supervise and evaluate the performance of the purchasing team
Track market trends and material price fluctuations
