Role Overview

The Senior Accounting Officer will be responsible for managing cash flow, performing reconciliations, executing period-end closing activities, and conducting SAP validations. This role is crucial for maintaining financial integrity and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The position also involves providing on-the-job support to the broader finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling and monitoring cash flow activities.
• Performing regular account reconciliations.
• Executing and managing period-end closing procedures.
• Assisting with costing processes.
• Conducting SAP system validations to ensure data accuracy.
• Ensuring adherence to financial policies and compliance requirements.
• Providing guidance and support to finance team members.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in an accounting role within a commercial organization.
• Preference for experience in FMCG or Manufacturing sectors.
• Must hold the SOCPA (Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants) certification.
