About the Role
Almarai, a prominent food and beverage company in the MENA region, is seeking a Team Leader to join its operations in Al Kharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Role Purpose and Responsibilities
The Team Leader will be responsible for organizing and supporting the assigned shift to meet production targets within established timeframes, while adhering to defined quality standards and budgetary controls. A key function of this position involves supervising and managing operators to ensure they perform their duties efficiently and uphold defined safety and quality standards.
- Organize and assist the assigned shift to carry out production plans within agreed time schedules.

Qualifications and Experience
Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Bakery or Food Technology is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within a Bakery environment is essential.
- Proven experience in the production of bread and pastry products is necessary.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
